will focus on skill development through basic fundamentals, innovative concepts, and competitive game-simulated drills. Each 1-hour session will consist of drills designed to improve basketball iq, shooting mechanics, ball handling, passing, defense, footwork, and confidence.

Personal training
Training with a partner can initiate the competitive aspect between players. Training together can also help them come up with moves and techniques that they can execute on the court by teaching each other what works for them.

Training by yourself can help improve your basketball abilities, but training with a 2-6 other players can help you analyze each other’s game to really take your game to the next level.
